Buy a piece, schedule your pickup
Add a piece from the line to your bag, then pick a pickup day at checkout. You don't need to find a bag or buy one — we send you ours. It ships in the same box as the piece you bought.
All you do is fill it with clothes your family has outgrown and leave it out front on your pickup day. We handle the rest. No donation bins, no parking lots, no wondering where any of it went.

Every article gets an identity
At pickup, each article is tagged with its own QR code — a little passport. It's scanned at every handoff between your door and a child's hands. That's how we can promise two things no donation bin can: your article cannot disappear, and it cannot be resold.
Not everything makes it to a child, and we won't pretend otherwise. Articles too worn to pass on go to textile recycling or to a special waste management partner instead — tracked the same way, with the same record. You only get a photo when an article actually reaches a child.

We send you the bag
You never have to find one. A heavy-duty donation bag comes with your order, in the same box, on the same delivery. Fill it with what your family has outgrown and leave it out front on your pickup day.
There's no counting articles and no minimum — however full you can make it is enough. Keep the pickup and you stay in good standing. Cancel it, and future purchases on your account are restricted until it's resolved.

The loop closes
When an article from your drop is matched to a child, a caretaker scans its QR code and photographs the child holding it — face blurred, smile visible. The photo travels back to you with four words: you just closed a loop.
This is the culmination of everything. Not the purchase, not the pickup. The moment you see who your giving reached.
