2421

about 2421

It started with a zip code.

02421 is Lexington, Massachusetts — the town where, in April 1775, ordinary people walked out of their houses and chose to take meaningful action when their community needed it. Farmers. Shopkeepers. Neighbors. Nobody paid them to show up.

That's the whole idea, two hundred and fifty years later. Not the muskets — the showing up. 2421 exists for people who look at a closet full of outgrown clothes and see a chance to act.

the founding vision

Wearing 2421 should mean one thing: buying it gave something to a child too.

We were tired of watching generosity get quietly monetized — donation bins emptied into resale warehouses, goodwill turned into someone else's margin. So we built the opposite: a system where every article is given twice. Once by you, once by us. And where the person who gives is the only person who gets something back — a photo, a loop, proof that it mattered.

What we hold ourselves to.

empathetic

The child comes first

Every decision — from blurred faces to hand-wash timelines — is made from the recipient’s side of the loop. Dignity isn’t a feature. It’s the spec.

selfless

Giving is the product

Every piece we sell comes bundled with a donation pickup, not the other way around. The line, the pickup, the loop — all of it exists to make generosity feel like what it is: the most valuable thing a person can do.

valued

Nothing given is wasted

Zero landfill, zero resale, every article accounted for by its QR record. When you trust us with something you loved, we treat it like it still matters. Because it does — to a child you’ll meet in a photo.

caring

Community over commerce

The minutemen weren’t an army; they were neighbors. 2421 is built the same way — donors, sorters, caretakers and kids, one loop at a time. 2 give, 4 good, 2 all, 1 community.

The community is one drop wider every day.
