02421 is Lexington, Massachusetts. It's where I live. It's the zip code on my mail, the one I write without thinking, the one that means home.
It felt right to name this after it. Not because the town is famous, but because it's mine — and because the habit I wanted to build into a company is one I learned here. You notice a neighbor needs something. You do something about it. Nobody has to ask.
2421 is for people who open a closet full of outgrown clothes and see a chance to do that.

the founding vision
Wearing 2421 should mean one thing: buying it gave something to a child too.
When you hand over a bag of clothes, you usually never learn what happened to it. Not because anyone lied to you — the chain is just long, and nobody built it to report back. So we built one that does. Every article is given twice: once by you, once by us. And the person who gave it is the one who hears how it ended — a photo, a loop, proof that it mattered.
